We are glad to have opened our doors to the students of the Ferraris-Brunelleschi School of Empoli (FI), on 19th of May. A journey into the world of gelatine which saw the young students of 4th year of Biotechnology, section A, and 4th year Chemistry and Materials, section A and B, and their professors being the main protagonists.
