For the fourth consecutive year, Lapi Gelatine took part in We Care Empoli, the charity dinner organised by Misericordia di Empoli, which this year supported A.I.M.A. Empolese-Valdelsa and its projects for people living with Alzheimer’s and their families.
The 2026 edition was sold out, bringing 800 people together in Piazza Farinata degli Uberti and once again showing the ability of the Empoli community to come together around initiatives that put people at the centre.
For Lapi Gelatine, taking part in We Care Empoli year after year means giving continuity to a commitment rooted in the local community and translated into concrete participation.
Over the years, We Care Empoli has become an important event for the local community: an evening bringing together businesses, volunteers, local institutions and citizens around a shared goal.
The success of the 2026 edition, with 800 participants and a sold-out event, highlights the strength of this network.
This year, the initiative supported A.I.M.A. Empolese-Valdelsa, an organisation committed to supporting people living with Alzheimer’s and their families. Supporting projects dedicated to this cause is a concrete example of how solidarity can help address the needs of the community.
Lapi Gelatine’s participation in We Care Empoli is part of a collaboration with Misericordia di Empoli that has continued for four years.
For Lapi Gelatine, this continuity is important: social responsibility is not only about supporting individual initiatives, but also about building lasting relationships with local organisations and contributing together to projects that create value for the community.
Being a company rooted in Empoli also means taking part in the life of the community and recognising the value of the people and organisations that contribute to making it stronger every day.
For Lapi Gelatine, social responsibility also means being present in the communities where the company operates, listening to local needs and collaborating with the organisations that contribute to community life.
We Care Empoli is a meaningful example of this approach: an initiative built through collaboration between different organisations, bringing together resources and energy to support a social cause.
Lapi Gelatine’s participation is part of its broader commitment to the local community and to social, cultural and environmental projects that create connections and shared value.
Lapi Gelatine would like to thank Misericordia di Empoli for organising this important evening of solidarity, A.I.M.A. Empolese-Valdelsa for its daily commitment to supporting people living with Alzheimer’s and their families, and all the volunteers who helped make the event possible.
A special thank you also goes to the businesses, local institutions and the 800 people who chose to take part.
Once again, the evening showed how collaboration and participation can create tangible value for the community.
