Creativity and self-expression have no age. We saw this at Beat Festival in Empoli<\/b>, where on August 30 people of all ages took part in \u201cInside Me. Trust What\u2019s Inside\u201d<\/b>, a fantasy self-portrait workshop organised by Lapi Gelatine as part of GenZone<\/b>.<\/p>\n
With pencils and markers in hand, participants transformed their values, personality traits, strengths and vulnerabilities into their own fantasy creatures. A simple and engaging experience that created a space for freedom, self-expression and sharing.<\/p>\n
Lapi Gelatine\u2019s participation is part of GenZone<\/b>, a project born from a co-design process focused on youth policies<\/b>, promoted by the Municipality of Empoli<\/b> together with third-sector organisations across the local community.<\/p>\n
For the second consecutive year, GenZone brought a dedicated space for younger generations to Beat Festival<\/b>, with talks and activities designed to encourage listening, dialogue and participation.<\/p>\n
The 2026 programme included activities by Co.Me.Te., the Italian Authority for Children and Adolescents, and the organisations involved in the Desteenazione project, alongside initiatives supported by Arci Empolese Valdelsa<\/b> and Cora<\/b>.<\/p>\n
A project that is growing and strengthening its identity, bringing together different skills and organisations around a shared goal: creating new opportunities for younger generations.<\/p>\n
For Lapi Gelatine<\/b>, being part of this journey means taking an active approach to our relationship with the local community.<\/p>\n
It means going beyond supporting an initiative and building bridges between business, institutions, third-sector organisations and the community<\/b>, bringing together skills, ideas and resources to contribute to projects with a positive social impact.<\/p>\n

The title of the workshop was no coincidence.<\/p>\n
Trust What\u2019s Inside<\/b> is the positioning that reflects who we are: trust starts from what lies within \u2014 our people, our expertise, our values and the care we put into everything we do.<\/p>\n
At Beat Festival, this message took on a different but deeply consistent form: inviting people to look within themselves, recognise what makes them unique and turn it into something they can share with others.<\/p>\n
Because social responsibility also starts from within<\/b>: from the willingness to build meaningful relationships, create shared value and contribute actively to the development of our local community.<\/p>\n
And when different people and organisations choose to bring their strengths together, they can create projects that go beyond a single event \u2014 becoming part of a community that grows together.<\/p>\n
