Surprise!

Did you know that Surprise is one of the six primary emotions?

We had the chance to learn this and much more during the “Emotional Intelligence” training, held for us by psychologist Stefania Bartoli for Maci srl, our partner in training.

The two days initiative involved some departments and colleagues from Toscolapi, a Lapi Group company. Managers, officers, and technicians challenged themselves in interactive sessions that covered important topics such as emotion management, conflict management, asymmetry, and symmetry in social relationships.

The course provided practical tools and innovative ideas to improve one’s “Communication Intelligence”, through a more conscious and constructive use of language and communication in daily life in the company, a fundamental skill for nourishing interpersonal relationships and managing internal conflict, thus improving the business climate and organizational well-being.

The event is part of a larger constant training program that sees our people protagonists of a continuously improving purpose.
